1:ORDERING

 

  • Before ordering you will need to fill out a REGISTRATION FORM, filling out all your details. You can find this form by clicking on theMY ACCOUNT button on the top tool bar, then continue shopping.
  • Then just browse our site and click on the buy now button when you see something you want, then click on the checkout button to process the order.
  • Before you go to the checkout you need to enter the email address and password you chose when you filled out the registration form.
  • Confirm you would like the goods sending to the address given, if you would like to change this just click on EDIT MY DETAILS.
  • The site will then automatically take you to confirm the items you have ordered and this also gives you the opportunity to see how much the shipping cost will be.
  • You must agree to our terms and conditions before completing the order.
  • Then all you have to do is choose your method of payment. Paypal or Sagepay. both methods are secure and no sensitive data is stored on our site.
  • Once you have placed the order and given the details we will then send you a confirmation email just to confirm what you have ordered.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & HANDLING CHARGES MAY APPLY TO GOODS IMPORTED INTO CERTAIN COUNTRIES. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING PRICE AND ARE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER AND HUDDERSFIELD SPARES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THESE.  IF IN DOUBT AS TO WHETHER DUTIES WOULD BE PAYABLE, THEN WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS FOR INFORMATION PRIOR TO PURCHASE. IF DUTIES ARE NOT PAID AND GOODS ARE RETURNED TO HUDDERSFIELD SPARES, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS.
  • Please note that colours shown on the website may not match the item exactly and Huddersfield Spares are not responsible for this.
  • Any body panels ordered are not covered for insurance and as such are ordered at the buyers own risk.  Any damage incurred during transit will not be the responsibility of Huddersfield Spares.
  • Any warranty on parts or cars sold is only applicable when the parts/car is returned to point of sale.

 

2: DELIVERY

 

  • Once you have placed the order with HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED we advise that you give us approximaetly 3-4 days to process the order and get that delivered to you (this is providing we have the goods in stock), but normally we try to work on a next working day turnround for UK mainland.
  • If there are any items which HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED does not have in stock you will be advised about the waiting time on those items.
  • HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED reserve the right to amend prices without any prior notification.
  • Overseas also include northern Ireland and southern Ireland.
  • You will be asked to sign for the order when it comes, so anyone who will not be available will need to leave some SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS advising us where to actually put the parcel. You will do this at your own risk.
  • HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED will not be responsible for any lost items when they have been left somewhere that you have advised.
  • Otherwise you can choose a date for delivery and we can arrange that.
  • HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED do not send glass, and the panels which we send will get sent at the customers own risk because we do not get offered any insurance on the panels. We do package these very well to prevent damage.
  • PLEASE NOTE ALL PARCELS MUST BE CHECKED UPON DELIVERY AND BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES, THIS APPLIES TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS ALSO. ANY PARCEL WHICH IS SIGNED FOR IN GOOD CONDITION CAN NOT BE CLAIMED FOR IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED.  IF THERE ARE SIGNS OF DAMAGE TO THE BOX YOU MUST ALSO MAKE THE DRIVER AWARE OF THIS AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM FOR ITEMS IF DAMAGED WHEN CHECKED.
  • If your parcel can not be delivered to your address our courier firms will contact you to arrange a different delivery date. If you do not contact them or Huddersfield Spares Limited to arrange this then parcels will then be returned to us. This still incurs the carriage charge and if items will need to be sent back out the same amount of carriage will be charged again.

 

3: RETURNS
  • Please give us upto 28 days to process returns.
  • All damaged and missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of taking the delivery of the order.
  • We advise customers to check items are in good condition and the correct item before fitting to the car as once they are fitted, goods will be non returnable.
  • We will not process any returns which are not accompanied with a returns letter and/or a copy of the invoice given to you with the order.
  • Any items which are faulty or need returning will not be replaced or refunded untill we receive the item back first. All goods need to be checked for faults etc before a replacement is issued, this may also include sending parts back to their manufacturer for testing. Huddersfield Spares LTD will not replace or refund any items untill items have been fully checked/tested for faults.
  • Unsuitable goods can be returned for a refund/credit note or exchange if they are returned within 7 days of the original purchase.
  • Carriage will not be refunded.
  • Items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition and are not to have been fitted in any way to secure a full refund.
  • Items need to be packaged in their original packaging ( HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED reserve the right to charge a sur-charge of 15% if goods are not returned in the same condition as they were when they left HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED). HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED also reserve the right to charge a 15% sur-charge for re-stocking on certain larger items.
  • Items returned after 7 days may be subject to a 15% surcharge for re-stocking reasons.
  • All returns will not be collected HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED will not collect any returned goods, cars etc from any requested place. All goods, cars etc will need to be returned to our primary address by the customer Huddersfield Spares Ltd, Bridgecroft Mills, Tanyard Road, Milnsbridge, Huddersfield, HD3 4NB. Please note: warrently on products/cars does not cover collection if needed to be returned, this is solely down to the customer to return the items back to our primary address.
  • HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED are not responsible for any items returned to them which are damaged or lost in any way, you will be asked to contact your courier and claim from them. Insurance and proof of postage is advised when returning goods to us.
  • HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED are not responsible for any labour charges which you incur for fitting or removing of our parts ( this includes any allegedly faulty parts) unless stated otherwise.
  • Please note HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED will not accept any service/electrical parts back after purchasing.
