Before ordering you will need to fill out a REGISTRATION FORM, filling out all your details. You can find this form by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT button on the top tool bar, then continue shopping.
Then just browse our site and click on the buy now button when you see something you want, then click on the checkout button to process the order.
Before you go to the checkout you need to enter the email address and password you chose when you filled out the registration form.
Confirm you would like the goods sending to the address given, if you would like to change this just click on EDIT MY DETAILS.
The site will then automatically take you to confirm the items you have ordered and this also gives you the opportunity to see how much the shipping cost will be.
Larger items may state "shipping with special instructions" if this is the case, you will be notified by return of the shipping charge. If you do not agree to this you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
Then all you have to do is fill out the card details. HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED would like to stress that this is a secure site and that no-body can get hold of the details that you supply us.
Once you have placed the order and given the details we will then send you a confirmation email just to confirm what you have ordered.

2: DELIVERY

Once you have placed the order with HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED we advise that you give us approximatley 3-4 days to process the order and get that delivered to you (this is providing we have the goods in stock).
If there is any items which HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED dont have in stock you will be advised about the waiting time on those items.
Any change in the postage charge will also be advised to you before the goods leave HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED
HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED reserve the right to amend prices without any prior notification.
When the order has been processed it normally takes 24 hours for you to receive this if you are based in England/Wales/Scotland (not including the highlands or Northern Ireland or offshore islands). Unless stated otherwise.
Any overseas orders will be notified of the delivery times. Overseas also include northern Ireland and southern Ireland.
You will be asked to sign for the order when it comes, so anyone who will not be available will need to leave some SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS advising us where to actually put the parcel. You will do this at your own risk.
HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED will not be responsible for any lost items when they have been left somewhere that you have advised.
Otherwise you can choose a date for delivery and we can arrange that.
HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED do not send glass, and the panels which we send will get sent at the customers own risk because we do not get offered any insurance on the panels. We do package these very well, and we have never had any damaged before.

3: RETURNS

All damaged and missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of taking the delivery of the order.
We advise customers to check items before fitting to the car as once they are fitted, goods will be non returnable.
We will not process any returns which are not accompanied with a returns letter and/or a copy of the invoice given to you with the order.
Unsuitable goods can be returned for a refund/credit note or exchange if they are returned within 7 days of the original purchase.
Carriage will not be refunded.
Items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition and are not to have been fitted in any way to secure a full refund.
Items need to be packaged in their original packaging ( HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED reserve the right to charge a sur-charge of 15% if goods are not returned in the same condition as they were when they left HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED).
Items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 10% sur-charge for stocking reasons.
HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED are not responsible for any items returned to them which are damaged or lost in any way, you will be asked to contact your courier and claim from them. Insurance and proof of postage is advised when returning goods to us.
HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED are not responsible for any labour charges which you incur for fitting or removing of our parts ( this includes any allegedly faulty parts) unless stated otherwise.
Please note HUDDERSFIELD SPARES LIMITED will not accept any service/electrical parts back after purchasing.
